JS945Y Electric Y-type Slurry Valve
I. Introduction:
The JS945Y Electric Y-type Slurry Valve is mainly used for bottom discharge, material discharge, sampling and dead zone-free shut-off operations at the bottom of reactors, storage tanks and other containers. Since the bottom flange of the valve is welded to the bottom of storage tanks and other containers, it eliminates the residual phenomenon of process medium at the container outlet. According to actual needs, the bottom discharge structure is designed as a flat bottom type, the valve body is V-type, and the valve disc is provided with two working modes: lifting and lowering. The valve body is equipped with a scouring-resistant and corrosion-resistant sealing ring, which can protect the valve body from being scoured and corroded by the medium at the moment of valve opening. The sealing ring is specially treated to achieve a surface hardness of HRC56-62, giving it high wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The sealing surface of the valve disc is surfaced with hard alloy as required, and the sealing pair adopts a series of products. Valve body materials: cast steel, stainless steel. Working pressure: 0.6-2.5 MPA, working temperature: -20℃ to 425℃. Valve diameter: DN25-DN300. Connection method: flange. Transmission method: manual, pneumatic. Applicable medium: oil, acids, corrosive media, etc. Manufacturing standard: National Standard. Line sealing is used to ensure sealing reliability and prevent scaling. At the same time, a short-stroke valve disc design is adopted.
